Costings
The cost of your order depends on the following.
- The setup cost for your design, if applicable
- The number of stitches in the finished embroidery and its complexity
- The number of garments you order
- The type and quality of garment you choose
Set Up Costs:
Our basic set up charge is five pounds. There is no additional charge for stock designs or lettering in general, but occasionally complex combinations can incur a small, time related charge. When setting up a custom design, such as a company logo, an extra charge will be made relating to the amount of time it takes to set up the equipment. Any additional setup cost are ONE-TIME payments so any repeat orders that you make will not incur these charges. You will be advised of any charges that apply clearly when ordering so there are no suprises.
Number of Stitches:
As a general rule we charge approximately one pound per 1000 stitches. To put this into context the average logo on the chest of a polo shirt requires 4,000 -5,000 stitches.
Size of Order:
Unlike other companies we have a minimum order of ONE item, so theres no need to buy more than you need. Naturally there are price advantages when buying larger quantities.
The price per-item reduces with the number of garments ordered with the same embroidery on them. To qualify for our first level of discount you need to buy 5 items with the same embroidery. They can be different types of garment, sizes and colours.
